ASSISTANT TOWNSHIP MANAGER

DOVER TOWNSHIP Dover Township York County PA ASSISTANT TOWNSHIP MANAGERDover Township (Population 23,000+) seeks an experienced candidate in a senior level position to direct and manage Front Office Staff in the area of customer service.
Additional duties include the areas of human resources, finance, procurement, Right To Know, Parade and Assembly Permitting and special projects as needed.
This position will cross-train to the duties of Township Manager to assist with projects and fill in during times of absences.
This developing rural Township operates under a five-person Board of Supervisors and the Assistant Township Manager will report to the Township Manager.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree public or business administration or other related field and 3-5 years experience in municipal management.
The ideal candidate will also demonstrate distinguished competency in the management of people and projects.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
