Senior Human Resources Generalist
Work close to home with a flexible schedule! This job is for you! Growing manufacturing company seeking a Human Resources Generalist, with a minimum of 2 years of experience, to work in a team with the Human Resources Manager and Director.
The HR Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with the Leadership Team at supporting designated departments.
This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas:
Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Onboarding, Policy Implementation, Recruitment/Employment, Affirmative Action and Employment Law Compliance.
In addition the candidate will need to have worked in an environment where Human Resources in integrally involved in Union Negotiations.
